Road trippin'... [18 Sep 2005|07:17am]
[ mood | cheerful ]

So, Friday was my birthday, but it doesn't even matter that everyone but Dawson and my brother forgot because frankly, I'd much rather be here in Maine reeking havoc enriching the lives of the people of Maine than anything anyone could have come up with. Had I stayed, I can guarentee I would have been miserable in some form or another. Both Dawson and I needed the break. We left Friday morning (we had to miss classes - I have a fatal disease, afterall, and Dawson's making sure I'm okay) and took Dougie's cop car. I'm quite proud of Dawson, and it's been great fun so far, I must say. Better than past birthdays, I must say. Not that that's a difficult task. I'm trying really hard not to randomly flip on the sirens to get people out of our way every now and then. I'm not succeeding very well either. I'm afraid I lack self-restraint, for the most part.

Well, it's breakfast time and we'll have to head back later (unless we just decide to stay), so I'm heading out. Catch you guys later.

Hmm, they think I'm a rational homebody. *snorts* Oh yes, I adore my home. Please, let's have more family time.

Heading to school now. At least it's Friday. I'll see if I can find D before school.

Heh, the funniest thing happened the other day. Me and Dawson were getting our hair done (Pacey v. 2.0: frosted tips, baby), and I was gonna impress Kristy Livingstone with Dougie's cop car. Even though that plan did not pull through, this girl ran right into the car. At first I thought I was gonna get busted for taking over Dougie's car again, but the girl started talking a mile a minute, apologizing and calling me "Officer." What can I say? I wouldn't want to embarass her. So I scared her a bit, gave her a warning, and sent her on her merry trust-fund way.

Well, my dad is yelling at me to "get my lousy, under-achieving butt to school." Catch you guys at school.
